New to the forums, from Ireland!
im an ibiza cupra owner for the last 3 years, its 2014 , cthe, dq200. Have have allll of the usual problems , mechatronics, clutch, supercharger and water pump done!
Im experience an issue it seems nobody can give me any idea as to what it is or whats causing it!
so basically, long story short, the cars fully warmed up and been driving for a while, while cruising on the motorway say, if i put the pedal down a tad not enough for a kickdown, im getting a rapid fire tappy noise from the engine, then will get some smoke out the exhaust. This same thing will happen when at a full stop and i take off gently, itll do this same noise, like a diesel injector knock noise! Only does it at low RPM , almost as if the gear is too high and its struggling to accelerate, Ive only have the timing chain done and it hasnt solved the issue, my best guess is either dirty injectors? Turbo? Or possible valves?
