Just spotted GTINI have organised Titanic Dubs, a VW car show on the 24th September. A spin from Dublin to Belfast would be cool and we'd also have an event to look at once we get there.

24th would work for me also. 17th not so much. Haven't been up north in ages so would be cool to go.
Is 24th the plan now?

We'll take that as a set plan so. We can meet at the Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport which is just off the M1 and is next to a Topaz so people can refuel, get introduced and have a look at each others cars then hit the M1 straight up to Belfast. Its 1.5hrs drive from Dublin to Belfast so can people be at the hotel for around 9am if possible. You can apply here https://gtini.showplanner.oaksend.co/events/titanic-dubs/ to enter your car in the show. I think it's only £10 entry.

Entry times for show cars:
9am - 11am sharp
Show closes at 4pm and you are not permitted to move your car off site until then. Please do not register if you can't comply with this.

It would help if people "attended" the Facebook event to help track numbers. https://www.facebook.com/events/1815373702018079/. If we got a guarantee to enter a good few of our cars I might be able to get a discount or some extra deal by booking a group.

That's no problem at all. People can join in at any point through out the day. If people want to leave later and meet us in Belfast thats ok too.

Just filled in the online form and got an email back with a reference number. Wasn't asked for payment I'm assuming I show the reference number at the gate and pay then.
