I do consider it money well spent. It's around £100 for someone to fit, so if you were able to source all the parts yourself, you could save a fortune. Some virtual cockpits for for less than £300 on eBay, and then the trim surround is around £40 brand new from SEAT. If you shop around, you could get the whole thing (parts and fitting) for less than £500.

Although £500 is still a lot of money, it's cheap for a VC conversion.

I genuinely expected double this figure at a minimum

I've not updated this thread for a while, so here goes!

Mods completed since the last update:

• Remus Resonated Cat Back System with 4" Slash cut chrome tips
• BAF Rear Brace
• Diesel Geeks Stigma Quick Shifter kit
• Virtual Cockpit upgrade
• Funk Motorsport Turbo Blanket
• RacingLine Upper Engine Mount

I've got the following items to go on soon too:

• RacingLine Upper Transmission Mount
• DO88 Charge Pipe Kit
• DO88 Enlarged Muffler Delete
• Fluidamp Crank Pulley + new belt
• 4" Intake Hose and larger R600 filter
• Wireless Apple CarPlay
• Wireless Charging

The DO88 Charge Pipes will replace my Leyo ones, or at the very least, i'll create a mix and match solution out of the two kits.

I sold the old system when I got the Remus fitted. I believe a new system from SEAT is around £350.
