2019 Leon ST Washer jets seem a little weak

As title, I've owned my MK3 facelift Leon ST for nearly 2 months now, but I have noticed that the washer jets are different to cars I'm used to.

They seem to only spray up a bit, its hard to explain.

On the other cars I've had, usually you get a jet that goes up the windscreen, or you get a nice fan style spray.

On this car, plenty of fluid comes out, but it doesn't spray high in a jet, just kind of pours out almost.

The wipers do then carry it across the windscreen, so it isn't a safety problem as such as the screen gets cleaned, but whilst its still in warranty, I wanted, I suppose some assurance that this is normal. Thanks everyone. :)

Instructions are below. One of the most common mods is to replace the nozzle type washer with a fan jet type from the VAG parts bin. Plenty of threads with part numbers for heated or non-heated fan jets.

I'd rather a fan jet, my partners focus is a fan style and its much more effective. I'll have a browse around the forums but will adjust the current jets using this guide. Thank you for sharing!

I swapped my jets for the fan washer jets from the golf mk7 - straight swap, and MUCH better coverage across the windscreen. Great little cheap mod, takes less than 5 minutes to install

Got mine from here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/141440478977
Though they seem to have gone up in price, I only paid £30 for a pair

Get the fan jets as TripleBob suggests, that's what I did for the mk3 st. Big difference and more like what you are used too.
