2020 Cupra Sat Nav Help...

I have a 2020 Cupra ST and am scratching the head over a couple of sat-nag issues.
Firstly does anyone know how to delete a single entry from the destinations listing? I've tried swiping, long presses, pressing the arrow symbol all without any luck....

Secondly does anyone know the format for vcard files to import? I have some that work and the text file only has 5 lines as so:

BEGIN:VCARD
VERSION:3.0
FN:Name
GEO:49.014884;1.180906
END:VCARD

Is this correct or am I missing something?

I'm sure you can't delete a single entry, I know I could on my MK6 Golf.
