Radio / Sat Nav upgrade advice needed, - Please HELP !

Hi guys...here we get into an area where my knowledge is rather limited...please can you help ?
My 2007 built Cupra has the std MP3 Radio and I fancy upgrading for the latest Sat Nav / radio system, but as I have an Ipod touch, I need to know what exactly I need and how easy it would be to fit, - or can anyone suggest a good company who could competently fit for me without scratching my interior etc.
I have already done several searches on this, but am getting more & more confused as to what I need and where to go...

How much will it all cost ?

why not trying searching for the rns 510/mfd3. It is the factory fit sat nav for our cars and is really good, i havent got mine working with my iphone yet but you can get the mdi interface for this which again is the factory fit option for this stereo or you can get a dension gateway 100 which also works.
