Model Year 25/26 2025 Formentor PHEV V3 PV4 update

having multiple issues with my Formentor. I am aware there is a new PV4 update that got released a few weeks ago. (i'm only aware of this due to a friend who has the same car was told about it after issued caused his 12V battery to die and the car had to be towed to a main dealership. Cupra has not told me about this update until I phone a main dealer and asked them directly)



I took it in a few months back to have a software update as was having wrap around lighting flickering and electric drive train stopped working.

now sitting on the below software and having further problems.

Current software : 2768

all previous issues have now been resolved however I'm now having further issues on this updated

Issues:

Travel Assist is currently unavailable

Screen sometimes turns off and unable to turn back on

Front assist is restricted

Lane assist is unavailable

Dynamic Road Sign Assist currently restricted

Light assist: Sensor Impaired

Error: Emergency Assist

All sensors are cleaned prior to departure. Some assist systems will come back online after driving for a prolonged period of time bar the Travel assist - that is perm unavailable.

my question is will this update fix these issues? i'm getting rather fed up of having to travel back and forward to a dealership then being asked to pay for a rental car while the car is in for a couple days.

To be honest I'm also fed up with the awful customer service.

The 90Z1 recall was released recently, but that's just a forced implementation of the PV4 software.

As far as I'm aware, the update suite is the same regardless of whether it's done via fault diagnosis or recall.

You might have another issue if it's been fine since the original update.
