Hi,

I'm fairly new to Seats and this forum.

Got an Ibiza Cupra 1.8 20vt X reg, had it for about a month now. Its got a K/N induction kit, front mount, bailey re-circ, cat back system. Recently its started to not boost properly but not all the time. It feels like its holding back, I have changed all the Vacum hoses and checked the boost hoses but no joy!

Please help, going crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

all pipes have been checked, put a brand new cone on yesterday and made no difference. The cars runs/idles perfectly untill you put your foot down then it either boosts fine or dosent!

i see that in the months that i;ve been gone, little changed.
Going by what he is telling us, you lot can guess, but you're really pissing in the dark. As phill says: vagcom is the only way to go.
Get used to it, driving these cars, vagcom is your best friend

fitted new maf sensor, boost is better but still not what it was? Lamda sensor came up as being faulty now, would this affect it?
