sounds good, give them 3 options, fix the car, refund the car or go to court, I thinkits quite cheap isn't it, something like £40??? and if they don't show then the judge usually finds in your favor

Well it looks like Chris has worked his magic from Seat HQ. garage rang me today and told me to get quotes for wheels, the original Iberas were nearly £300 a wheel plus VAT! so given them a quote for the new Cupra wheels in gloss black, about £210 a wheel, with my tyres fitted, comes out to just over £1000, unlucky for the garage tbh hehe but atleast its getting sorted

With three buckled wheels though have you thought how it happened and if you might need any alignment?

Garage has refused to replace them, sent a letter to the manager of the garage, trading standards say a 'tick-box' check isn't good enough, will be starting the court proceedings next week if it's not sorted this week. Can't believe it's come to this, never EVER buying from there again.

Rang the garage today to reject the car and ask for my Audi back that I traded in, they shortly rang back and said they will pay for the wheels after I rejected their recommendation of some '2nd hand' wheels off another car at their dealership, all in all, I shall NOT be going to that garage again!

Glad you got a result, just a shame they had to be pushed so hard. Just hope they dont drag their feet.
