3" maf

my maf is knackered in my car it has a 3" maf do i buy the tt/s3 maf or do i buy a standard maf and change the sensor over? cheers

iirc you need to use the original sensor just inside the 3" housing

TT/LCR/S3 housing with the standard ibiza element inside, so unless im mistaken you`ll need to just get a new ibiza maf and put the new element into your existing 3" 3" housing.

was the car mapped with the ibiza element do you know? as i have the 3" maf but kept the 3" element inside.

not sure as i bought the complete kit and im not sure which 1 to go and buy but ill try and use a spare maf i have and swap the element and if that dont work ill have 2 go an buy a s3/tt maf

ibiza maf is what you want. just change the sensor element
dont run a tt/s3 one

ok thanks all for your help im sure that might work as i have a spare 1 off my other engine and ill try that would that possibly be my cause to it not fully boostin all the time? ie goin in2 limp mode?
