Well, now that I've got your attention with that outrageous subject I have a wee issue.

Column U shows its stuck reading maximum boost value.

Code:
1 Fault Found:

000568 - Manifold Pressure / Boost Sensor (G31)
               P0238 - 001 - Signal too High
             Freeze Frame:
                    Fault Status: 01100001
                    Fault Priority: 0

             Freeze Frame:
                    RPM: 0 /min
                    Load: 0.0 %
                    Speed: 0.0 km/h
                    Temperature: 43.0°C
                    Temperature: 11.0°C
                    Absolute Pres.: 970.0 mbar
                    Voltage: 12.446 V

I have replaced the MAP sensor (G31) twice now, no difference. The error code comes back instantly without even starting the engine.

Has anyone seen this before? I suspect faulty wiring, but open to suggestions. DV was replaced as matter of course just in case. Old one was fine.

Oh, and does anyone know where I can find a pin diagram to see where the wiring goes to on the ECU? Might try running a new cable.

Been searching for a pin diagram but getting nowhere.

Would anyone have a picture of their connector on top of the map sensor with the colour/order of the cables? Forgot to take a note before taking it apart, oops.
