Gooner, Just heat a bit over a cover, leaving about 1 inch over the edges. Then cut the 1 inch overlap in to little strips (almost like you are flaring it) but cut them at an angle so they fit round the corners well. Go on my son

You really have to take your time with this stuff

It took me around 8 hours straight to do all 8 bump strips on my leon. Lete explain

Piss easy to lay it down flat but when it comes to the corners it can take ages with trimming and cutting to make the corner look perfect. Then you cut it too much and leave a big gap on the corner and have to start it all over again. Also asbo had to stretch the material it would not stick properly so had to wrap it round very tight and then glue inch by inch, waiting for each part to dry before moving onto the next!

Trust me mate, it's frustrating and I would never do it again!

But if you are determined, then take your time. If you find your self getting frustrated with it, do one bit and then the other part the next day. Fresh mind and all that.

The mirror covers can be done and wrapped, adamcupra20vt did it and it looked great
