3pin Connector RHS of Fuse Box

hi all,
happy to be a new member & of course I'm in need of your help.
While i was installing my dashcam wire to my fusebox I noticed this cable lying loose behind the fuse box?
It seems to run from behind the light switch assy & possibly over to the steering/ignition area.
It has 3 cables coloured red/black/blue...
I've no clue what its for.....hoping someone can advise me, I've added a picture of said cable.

It looks a bit aftermarket rather than factory; manufacturers don't normally waste cable by taping loops of it up. Every penny counts
