Seen a few 1.8t cars about with these. They seem reasonable price too. I have LCR. Was planning gettin a cone filter, 80mm tip, back box , and a map. Is there much beniffit in these? Are they handy to fit or dose the car need set up? Any help guys cheers

Easy to fit but your remap has to be written for it. Running a 4bar FPR on the standard pump will put extra load on the pump, possibly leading to pump failure. Most modern stage 1 and 2 maps don't need 4bar fuel pressure.

Nothing really to be gained here, just means the fuel system has plenty of headroom to cope with what the ECU requests - you won't get any extra power just by fitting one, unless the map needs it and you're running lean. Whoever you get your map from should be able to tell you if theirs needs 4bar of fuel pressure or not - most don't nowadays.

I thought the LCR already has one ? Only LC neer the upgrade am I mistaken ?

Nope, 3 bar on both. LC's don't "need" it either, unless whatever remap/other mods you install require more fuelling.
