Hi all,

My Ibiza Cupra TDI is approaching it's 60,000 mile / 6 Year service soon and wondering the exact parts I need to do it and what it involves?

I have had my cambelt and waterpump with tensioner done around 5,000 miles ago so don't need to include that in the service :D

I was going to order all the parts (oil, filters etc) I need for the service then take it to a respectable garage to fit them (so I get the Stamp)

Just need a list of parts with possible price please if anyone knows?

Thanks :)

I also did mine myself too with seat parts and I'm a girl ;)
It's easy to do, Do it yourself and save the expensive dealer prices!!

i just noticed you said you were doing it for the stamp,

just make sure you keep the receipts for the stuff and staple them together and write the mileage and the date on it, so you remember when you did it too lol

what do I need to order and I am guessing i'll just order it from Seremotors then?

I just wanted the stamp to be honest but if it's not worth it just for that then I may just do it myself.

i bought the vw/audi/seat oil from halfords with my brothers trade card :p

then went to my local parts place, gave them my reg, and ordered all the filters,

air filter, oil filter, fuel filter, pollen filter,

then its just oil

edit:

and you'll be paying well over the odds just for a stamp. i think a service is anything between £100-£200, the parts will probably cost you about £70 in total

and just follow this

You'll need:
- air filter
- pollen filter
- fuel filter
- oil filter
- Quantum Longlife III oil
- Sump plug (probably comes with the oil filter, as does the O ring).

You can get all of the above from either the dealer, and most likely Sere Motors, or even your local TPS. Just make sure you know your reg and possibly engine code.
