6k1 mfa gti cluster into low spec - oil and brake lamp issue

hi everyone, im new here
it seems to be a known issue, when swapping to the 6k1 MFA cluster on low-spec engines (maybe only applies to petrol), the oil lamp is flashing and the brake lamp stays on.
i was told there are a couple of threads about this, but my search didn't seem to be successful
please help.
