80GB iPod Video

I've just ordered an FR TDI and its going to come with an iPod connection - I don't currently have an iPod but am looking at buying one and wondered if anyone has tried using the 80GB video one with the connection? I know that its now on the compatibility list published by Seat but is that because its new or does it just not work?

I the 30gb works apparently so I can't really see a reason why the 80gb won't

I use the 60gig 5th Generation iPod in my Loen FR without any problems

The only issue will be the size from memory the 80gb is the same thickness as the old 60gb so I if that fits you will be ok.

lol, i thought that, was pretty sure that the latest ones were 5th gen but then again i'm not very well informed on ipods
