a noob exhaust question :)

this has no doubt been covered before but i just want to ask the questions before parting with my cash.

decided to invest in some milltek goodness but i can only afford one part or the other at the moment

so im just wondering wether to buy this first:

im obviously going to get both eventually, i just really don't know which to buy and get fitted first

From other threads your best bet is to start from the back and work forwards if you are going to buy it in sections, i.e. catback system first, then downpipe.

Start with the down pipe first as thats where you get all the gains from, no gains to be had from the cat back part apart from sound..

How much for a catback mate? (2.5" to fit milltek downpipe) Also do catbacks come with a backbox or straight through?

You will need a reducer if you fit a cat back system or a down pipe due to the standard exhaust having a smaller bore. Unless you fit a full turbo back system of course..
