Hi all,

my rear passenger speaker is really distorted. This may be just a loose connection or it could be damaged.

I want to check the speaker but how do i get access to it? does just the speaker grill come off or will it have to be the whole rear panel.

its a 3 door.

I believe the speaker grille is intergrated into the rear panel, so yes the whole thing would need removing. I think there is a guide somewhere of how to do this...have a search and something may come up..

Correct :)

turns out the speaker works but is full of interference and distortion, its the only speaker like that?!

cant sus it out, guess ill have to try another speaker to see if its the wires :(

I have the same problem on the same speaker on my car. I just cant be arsed to look at it in this weather. I just faded to the front a little and it sorted it out.
