Adjusting Car Switch Off Time

I was wondering if there's any way of adjusting the car switch off time? With work I need to frequently jump in and out of the car for a minute or so at a time and the car always shuts off just as I'm getting back in.

Anyway this can be adjusted?

I don't think this could be adjusted. Work around is to put car in neutral and use handbrake. At least that works on mine with automatic gearbox
