Open or download the one titled ‘Maintenance’, then look for the section titled ‘Check Headlight Adjustment’.

You will not have the beam tester, but will show you where the adjustment via Allen key is required for up/down etc.

A good way to complete this task is to park the car a few feet away from a wall or garage door. Use masking tape to mark position of the front wheels and beam alignment on the wall. You can then make adjustments, or return to original position after.
 
Get a local MOT garage to adjust the level of the headlights for you. As its just a guessing game doing it yourself.
 
I WAS confident of doing this after someone posted the guide. THEN the latest was they will always try to self level and adjust them too muvh after switching on the will try to self level and cause damage. They can only be done by garage using the connected equipment to zero it adjust then re enable.
No idea truth ot year or models.
