This is one of the one way valves i was talking about the other is closer to other end of this vac pipe
are these any good? what size do the joiners on the catch can need to be?

this is correct. the hose with the one way valve stays as it is, the other out let gets blocked off.

how do i get round the 15mm inlet/outlet bit then as the hose is 19??

Thts the catch can i have and it only came with a short length of hose for the smaller outlet near bottom of tank, no hose for the to inlets at the top

As venting to atmosphere, im blanking the TIP off with,,,, a spark plug i have cut in half, and sprayed matt black

ive looked on ebay, but no results, the toyo 1 im getting has either 9mm, or 15mm outlets,i will use 10mm ID hose and clamp it with jubilee clips
ill go see my local motor factors and see if they have anything, if not i think i saw a hose specialist when i was at a paint supplier in an industrial estate not far from me so will go there and ask them
ordering mine 2mora. 1 of my pcv pipes has a split so got to do it sooner rather than later lol
Mines still a shiny ornament in the front room cos of my rear bushes taking the mick today, hopefully get chance to do it tomorrow, wheres best mounting point? just looking for ideas, was thinking of mounting to battery cover but not sure how secure it will be

I was thinking of the battery cover too tbh, or maybe the cross member where the bonnet latch is bolted to, like drill some small pilot holes, the screw the screws into the holes maybe ???
Not in mine is doesn't smell even with windows up, I'm venting it into the disused lambda port once mapped anyway.

You guys do realise that 10-15mm hose is way too small. The engine uses 19mm hose for a reason, if these hoses are too restrictive there will be pressure build up in your engine which can and will cause damage.
Surely this (although I used 19mm) can't be anymore restrictive than the standard PCV system?
Anyway rob I know your a man of knowledge I've seen your bay it's stunning in your view what would you say was the best setup, utilising the hockey puck and go back into the tip or vent to atmosphere at a lower point in the bay? Does the hockey puck restrict at all, I'm aware it shuts off under boost but vents off boost would pressure not build up in the crank on boost? What's best?
