I have a set of Each Sportlines to fit in July after my warrenty runs out. I have standard 18 wheels fitted and just wonder what spacers people have fitted ? Have been offered 10mm rear and 5mm for the front. Will these do ? Will I need longer bolts ?

10mm on the rear won't really do much. 15mm will be nice. I had 20mm on my OEM 18". Depends how much poke you want. 5mm front again not really gonna do much. I had 10mm on the front.

Yes longer bolts are advised, you may get away with them on 5mm but anything above needs the longer bolts.

Know what you mean about the warrenty , but it's incase anything else crops up and they blame it on springs (u know what they're like)

So maybe buy the 10mm ones but use them on the front ? And source 20mm for rears and longer bolts all round ? I'm not looking for a "stanced" look, just think the wheels look a bit lost in the arches and it'll be more noticeable after I lower it.

Any issues with bearings etc ?

i've bought all my spacers off ebay, great quality and around 45 for the 15mm with bolts included.

hi lads , got springs and spacers fitted and all looks well . However, the front 10mm spacers I got of a guy turned out to be "universal" ones that allough they fit they are ever so slightly off center.

The ebay 15mm ones are great quality , so was thinking of just ordering another set.

Is there anything against fitting 15mm to the front aswell as the rear ? Will it scrub on full lock or something ? Just looking at the 10mm ones I'm thinking that changing to 15mm will look better but won't fit them if they might give bother :)

Thanks in advance.

You definitely want hub centric for the front then. I'm guessing 15mm could scrub at times with your sport lines fitted as they lower the front a good amount and tend to give a 'nose down' look.

I'm wanting to space my rear's 15mm, have you got a pic of yours with the spacers fitted by any chance?

I'll answer my own question, 15mm on the front is too wide . Borrowed a set to try. It also turned out that the 1st set I had on the front were actually 8mm , so 10mm ones should be fine.
