Advice on wheel colour....

Hi chaps,

In a bit of a pickle with what colour to go with a new set of wheels...They have been dropped off at the Powdercoaters already but I'm yet to decide.

These are the wheels. They are Oz wheels from Seat cup cars as far as i know, or Supercopa wheels...



I wanted the original flat looking silver but apparently this colour is only really possible wet sprayed rather than the powder coat which i want so i need to think of something else.

This is the car they are going on,



Car is obviously on air but i like the Motorsport look over dished show look. I also drive 25k+ per year so expensive show wheels are a no go. Current wheels are old skool Oz Superturismos which have been powdercoated in a super thick chrome which i hate!

Colours i have in my head are the obvious, Silver, anthracite, black or could it pull off red wheels? I do know i want quite a flat, almost satin finish over a really bright metallic look.

Any help and suggestions would be muchos appreciated.

I think red would look mint on the car mate it would go with the look and ur trailer

Cheers John. Only problem i have is, i can't help think red would look "chav". Ive done some searching for red wheels and only one came up on here but the lad was running huge brakes and stuff so it suited it!

I'm getting my car sprayed white with red wheels mate, I'm just having it as a show car tho, the red would look good on ur car, maybe a dark red tho not a bright red

Just wanna ask also, how are the air shocks when on the move? I'm getting a set soon but just want some info on the way they feel?

Car looks mint! Keep them silver, I love the BTCC look about it
