hello thinking about doing something with my suspension on the lcr whats best and for what reason

just get lowering springs
or coilovers

does any body have any pictures of there lcr lowered on them please also how hard to do

Coilovers as just shorter springs will knacker your dampers.

It all depends on why you're fiddling with the suspension tbh, do you want better handling or just looks?

Definately go for the coilovers then. They're going to be expensive, but the car will handle a lot better with them and depending on the type you should be able to adjust the ride height until you think it looks "right".
