afr, whats ideal

whats a ideal afr to have high up the revs ?

mine = 11.5 @ 6k rpm and 10.5 @ 7k rpm

12.0 - 12.5 depending on EGT's for best power

12 for best power
11.5 for best torque. I personally wouldn't map anything above 12's on full boost

mine made 340 lb/ft on dyno dynamics rollers and a bit low on bhp (imho)

I map mine for 11.5-12 on boost but always add a bit more fuel in right at the top end 7500 rpm + and 13-14 off boost.

i had mine rolling roaded on the weekend at gotboost in south wales, mine is at 12-11.8 when at 3k and drops to 10.6 at 7k but drops to 10 at 6k so is struggling abit on fuel the guy said the map needs a little tweek but i think its because i have 440cc injectors runnin a 3bar reg so im guessing i need bigger injectors or maybe 4 bar reg? also have walbro in-line 255lb pump.

they used a dastec rolling road are these rolles any good? as im new to this rolling road stuff.

Its not struggling on fuel as its running rich at the top end!

Run times on Dastek were an issue as they were fixed rpm/sec acceleration and load applied as far as ecu was concerned was quite different to real road... maybe they have changed this.

top end fueling is rich, but EGT's at that level is also a factor... (as well as the code which is on the car - which I do not use anymore for stage 3 btw, due in part to this kind of top end richness for no good reason)

Badger wagen is running 12.0-11.5 top end fueling... 9000rpm, 35psi boost as a guide to what produces good power.

Just Out of interest is there anywere that Sell a EGT setup? Like Gauge,sensor ect..
