After advice about forging BAM

Hello. I recently have had my BAM engine send a rod out the side of the block. I'm looking to get another engine but I would like forged rods so it won't happen again. I've found an engine with a head gasket gone with 150k ish miles on it. Would it even be worth putting forged rods in or would I want one with lower milage? What is the best brand to go for? Or should I be looking to rebuild with stock parts as the car is only running a stage 1 map

Stage 1 I would stay stock engine and buy a reliable running one

Forged rods wont stop it punching a hole in the block.
Itll just stay straighter when it does.

If you rebuild it. New rings, main ends,big ends etc put in good quality stuff and it will be OK. But as said it threw a leg out of bed for a reason. I would find out why first
