Air conditioning is weak...

Not had my ibiza for long, and have noticed that the air coming from the air conditioning is very weak. Have also noticed that when i put the car in reverse, there is more air coming through.. So maybe electrical problem? cheers!

no when in reverse i think the air goes to recirculation mode automatically, as least on my car. Possibly to prevent the smell of fumes being sucked into the cabin when reversing? idk Have a garage check for leakage and possibly need a regas? Why do you have the air con on this time of year? its like 1 degree here!

I reckon you need a new pollen filter, they are a very fine filter and so get blocked after a couple of years use.

The pollen filter is located under the glove box sort of in the foot well

The reverse thing is normal, as said to stop exhaust fumes entering the car when you travel backwords
