Air Feed Length

Hi all. Can someone please tell me what a sufficient length of neoprene ducting would be to construct a cold air from the front grille of an LCR (nearside-side of the 'S' badge), around the battery and to point towards an open cone air filter? Most places seem to sell by 1m lengths, is that enough?

Yeah 1m is plenty. You will cut some off.

Make sure have some good heavy duty snips to cut the wire on the ducting its surprisingly strong stuff, or can cut with a hacksaw.
I bought a 1/2 meter bit for mine but was just down side of the battery, think I may gat a 1m length and try route it to behind the grill as well, get pics up once you have done this

An expensive weekend me thinks, it's having it's 2nd 40k service on Saturday and it hasn't even reached 40k

All ordered up now, some good 2-ply silicone hosing is on its way. I have a future plan involving some 4ply stuff but i'll talk more about that when i've made it
