Hello everybody, i've done a search about my problem but nothing is hitting the nail on the head so any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
Got in my car (LC) this morning, put the ignition on waited for the lights on the dash to dissapear then started it, the airbag light was still on as i started the car but it normally goes once its all started instead this time it stayed up and the airbag off light was flashing next to the rear de-mister button.
Tried turning off the airbag via the glovebox switch, turned the car back on and the airbag off light still flashes and the airbag symbol still stays lit up on the dash.
First of all does anyone know how to rectify the problem, without just clearing the fault and hoping it doesn't come back because should i ever need the airbags then i'd like to know they'd go off and keep me comfy.
And second of all i take it the airbags won't just go off when i'm driving down the road because that would s**t the life out me lol.
Any help or ideas will be much appreciated, cheers.

- don`t think the airbags should go off because they will be disengaged but I would say get it seen to asap for obvious reasons! - as to whether you can fix the fault yourself I have no idea but sure someone will advise otherwise
