Airbag Warning Light

Whenever i hit a pothole or hit a bump on the road my airbag warning light on the instrument panel comes on and the other airbag light on the centre console flashes for some time. I have had this reset on Vag-com but then the next bump i hit sets it off again.....

Could this be a dodgy sensor somewhere?

Apart from not hitting potholes and bumps on the road are there any solutions to this or any ideas as to what the fault is?!

have you checked that air bag connections under the seats are connected securely?

You said you've had the fault cleared on vagcom so i presume that when it comes on it stays on, but what did vagcom say the fault was? thats going to be your best place to start looking
