Hi all!

Can someone please direct me in the right location.

I own a Cupra Formentor PHEV VZ2. My car alarm has started to go off during the night at very similar times, betweem 3am-4am. This has now happened twice in 3 nights and only goes off once a night.

I thought it might be the battery but I have tested it with a batttery/alternator tester. The battery has a healthy life, so I can rule that out.

I have a Ghost immobilser installed 8 months ago and haven't had any issues with this.

The only thing that has changed in the vehicle recently will be my windscreen, this was replaced a month ago. Could this be a cause of it? We do have heavy rain and strong winds recently, but I do find it odd the alarm goes off at similar time.

Help, please, I can't be pissing my neighbours off and I need sleep! haha

Thanks!

Hi
I know you put this post up quite a while ago. Did you get your problem sorted.
I have a new car only 1 month (252 reg) It is a PHEV Formentor and the same thing happened last night - Alarm went off twice just for very short bursts and then stopped. Would it be to do with 12 volt battery? It was a showroom model so maybe it was lying up since Jan 25 and not used (as it only had 53 klms on it when I bought it)
Thanks
