Alarm?

is the alarm fitted as standard on the mk1 leons. its just i have no idea if i have one or not. if i do have one how do i go about setting it or is it just activated by me locking the car.

Try locking your car with the key fob while your sat in it. Sit there for about 30 seconds and you will find out.

i take it i havent then because i had a fight with the mrs cpl weeks back and i stormed out the car and locked it with the fob. got a call about 20mins later saying she couldnt get out. i didnt realise i could lock her in! just assumed that if she pulled the handle twice she could get out.

i had to let her out coz when i told her to pull the handle twice. she screamed at me saying "ive already tried that!, look" then started tugging at it! i thought she was gonna snap it off
