how to remove the turbo over msn,sent a carrier up to collect the turbo, then the next day sent a trailer up to collect the car, re-fit a new turbo and the car was back and ready within a week. When his first turbo blew up it was second hand so had no warranty, my mate went down to allards after being told they couldnt fit him in due to them being too busy prepping to mk5 golf gti's for the vw cup. My mate chose to ignor them, went down, Lloyd had a look at the car and found the turbo had gone, so dropped everything and got a new turbo fitted for him.
From going from that sort of customer service, and also inviting him to come down for the day when they got a centre page spread in Golf+ to what it is now, really is a shock
