Altea TDi FR problem - temporarily lost it's oomph

Did you get a software update in the end? Pre update I had the symptom but no faults logged, post update it looked like the problem had reduced but I think the main benefit was that the fault was logged.

Might be two different faults or the same fault getting more severe over time though....

Don't know about that, but they have a MAF, Turbo Actuator and Solenoid on order...

FINALLY! Engine sorted. It took them 10 days and I still don't know exactly what the problem was.

Went to pick the car up, to find a small dent in the boot. Pointed it out to the garage - White Dove, Cardiff - and they apologised and promised to sort it out and give a full valet.

Picked the car up after this to find ANOTHER dent in the door this time. Had the garage send 2 repariers to my house to sort the latest dent out - one for the dent and one to remove the associated scratches. :censored:

Car now works, and is dent and scratch free.

Will not be returning to White Dove....
