Depends on the model of media system fitted.

According to the connectivity guide here it's a feature with the Media System Plus / Navi but not on the more basic Media System.

I've mib2 standard and it has Android Auto in an FR Sport 19 plate

My wife as just purchased a 2018 FR, so when she is not looking i will take a look. It is something that interests me, more than her. I have it on my Kuga, and to be honest i find it very useful.

If you plug in you will find it if available and follow the manuals. It's been standard in mib2 standards those with navigation for a number of years. Like water you get it. Don't use it myself ?.
