have you had any knocking problems yet up front?

any rubbing aswell?

Also how do you adjust the rears? i might drop mine a tad lower but unsure on how to do the rears,

Sorry for all the questions

Dont even need to remove the wheels!!

Jack it up, but it on axle stands, look underneath-you will see the spring and cup it sits in. There should be two nuts (purple on mine) Mark the top one with a permanent marker then wind the lower one off. Next just turn the top nut-counting the number of revolutions. Tighten up the bottom nut again then pinch both with the "C" spanners-Large one goes anti clockwise, small goes clockwise. Dont need to swing on them as that will break the "C" spanner.

Repeat process on other side-make sure it goes down the same amount of turns.

Take it yours aren't damper adjustable?

Fronts are the same-cant understand why companies make a big deal of charging extra for setting coilovers up!! Most of the work on our cars is at the front-removing the old strut!!

Technically you should-i wouldnt bother though if its a case of 10mm or so!! Fit the coilovers, let them settle for a few days then get everything aligned and tracked!!
