Annoying rattle at idle ? Video attached.

Since the start of the week I've noticed a really annoying rattle when the car is at idle. As soon as I bring the revs up slightly it disappears. Does anyone know what is causing this ? The car is a 62 plate Ibiza fr 1.2tsi with the dsg gearbox.
