annoying squeaking sound 2.0tdi A3

hello there my car makes an awfully annoying squeaking sound when i am driving. if i am stood still and give a small rev you can just hear it but when im in 1st, 2nd and 3rd it makes the noise all the way through the gear and in 4th, 5th and 6th when i am just tapping the acceleration to keep a steady speed.
is it possible that its the timing belt? any help is fully appreciated

sure its not a whistle? whistle of the turbo.

no matey not whistle sounds like a rat squeak but constantly. im hoping its not too serious??

Water pump or more likely the aircon pulley ????

I had a really annoying squeek/rattle coming from the dash board. It took the dealer two weeks to find it and fix it. I turned out to be the BCM bracket in the engine bay. It had come loose!

did it only make the noise when you were accelerating?
im booking her in for a service gonna get timing belt done, water pump, pullies and tensioner fingers crossed it will go then
oh aswell as the fan control unit thats bust aswell
