can you use the the bluetooth (on your phone) for mp3 playback as well as being connected to the cars phone bluetooth?

(i hope that makes sense to you, ive read it over a few times and cant figure out how to make it sound clearer, sorry)

In answer to this question.

As long as the bluetooth audio receiver only has the A2DP profile and no other handsfree / headset profiles then you can set this up this way.

The SonyEricsson adaptor I was talking about is only for music audio so you could do it like you have described.

If you find another one that has the same functions but cheaper than the SE one, then please do post it up.

The cable you posted is a simple solution but keeping it in Bluetooth makes it device independent and a lot more portable. Even use it on the home stereo if you want
