Right nearly done

Blue and black wires from headlight clips into hid spade ends

hids
red - positive
black - negative

lights
blue- positive ?
black -negative?

red and blue
black and black yea?

All done! They look brilliant already and its not dark. Again thanks very much guys :) ill post pics tonight

That's awesome, mate! Congratulations. Now make sure you closed the metal clip properly after inserting the bulb so that it would stay in its place and then at night aim your beam at a garage door or something and adjust it. It should hit either right on or right below the number plate of a passenger (non-SUV) car in front of you.

Yea ill do that. the metal clip is hard to close now so hopefully it wont pop open

Well.. the metal clip on my Dectane headlights is fairly easy to close once you understand the mechanism, and I am almost certain it closes in the same way as yours does, MUCH easier than the stock headlights.

If you want to make sure it's closed properly, just get a small mirror or something so that you can see and try it. I can do it blindfolded now but it took me about five minutes to figure it out the first time. The high beam's metal clip is much more tricky, though.

Well done mate, glad you worked out how to do it and that your happy with it, looks much better and I have no daubt that the visability has improved
