anti freeze amount??

I have searched and searched and cant find what i am looking for. I have checked the maintenance and service books and its not in there either. I have found out when replacing the anti freeze I need VW G12 red but not sure how much or what % to dilute it by. Can anyone help? Cheers.

its the red stuff 50/50 mix i did mine last week. not sure what i used just got it from a motor centre

50/50 is what i use all year round, for no other reason than its dead easy! no problems with overheatring or block explosion no matter what the weather

If it's FULLY drained (i.e. from every coolant pipe) you'll need two G12 bottles to refill it at a 50:50 mix

IIRC it takes *roughly* 3.5 litres - I'm sure someone confirmed this in a fairly recent post
