I believe my dodgy knocking noise is now my anti roll bar mounts!! I have been told by Seat that they want bout £180 labour alone!!!! Plus they reckon the anti roll bar bushes aren't available and the new ones now comes complete with the bar itself!! expensive is this true?

Can anyone give me a brief guide on how to do the mounts I know you have to drop the back of the subframe down!!

Cheers Guys!!

Undo the 6 bolts that hold the subframe lower it down by say a very maximum of 2" to avoid the steering column becoming detached with the rack, undo remove the clips that hold the bushs in place and replace.

Once its all bolted back up get the allignment checked as it will be out by miles
