The kit is chosen and 2 will be ordered today :). One for a white car and one for a red car :funk:

I think that we may well keep that a wee secret for now. Its an all new kit though, and we will be the first in the UK to have it :)

We have a problem with fitment. Owen just went offshore for 2 weeks today, and I am off to Poland next week, then Norway the week after. We will be cutting it fine for having it all done for Crail on the 20th.

2 days is plenty of time to fit this kit mate, i will have mine in the night i get home. just need to source a place to buy cheap meths n water from now

any ideas folks

RobDon has a supplier.
I would imagine FIS Chemicals, across the A96 from Marshal trailers, would be able to get some.
No idea on pricing though.

Here's one - http://www.dtchemicals.co.uk/index.php?l=product_detail&p=1

For water I buy 5L of distilled water from Halfords for around £3.99. Do NOT use tap water as it will clog up the nozzle.

Cheers Rob.

The kits will be winging their way to us next week.

Pro's of thi new kit = No major re-wiring needed. Option to use bottle or tee in to washer bottle. Fail safe built in. Boost gauge part of control unit. A bit more expensive than some, but Owen and I both think it is the best option :)

Sounds like AEM?

Edit: 2 nozzles come with the kit. M5 and M7. M5 was recommended, but M7 could be used.

My bro on his 347bhp 1.8T golf using a 150psi pump set at 100psi uses a M4 so although your another 50bhp and 2.0L using a 200psi pump I still think a M4 is max on what ur need.

Atleast being progressive with the kit you can turn flow down or even pump pressure as well so it gives you a bit of a window.

Rating a nozzle by bhp is a bad idea, you need to take into account boost and engine CC for a minimum, then whether a FMIC or Side or top mount IC is being used or an intercooler at all.
