anyone used spring caps to lower their car

Am looking at getting some spring caps to drop the LC about 10mm, just want a bit of a drop, hopefully coupled with the cupra R springs should give me about 15 to 20mm drop, dont want too much drop ie 30mm as speed bumps become a problem and I have the car as a family bus so it gets loaded up with kids etc.

Was just looking at these, would also long input as i could do them same time i put my lowering springs on.

i used these on my mk2 golf and could tell the difference at all.

i have them on my car at the minute and it does sit nose down which is what i wanted.
