No, but for an extra £25 you can get TSR rods, im running them.

Have a chat to Dannylad as he sells on behalf of INA , being as it comes from the US and exchange rate isnt bad it works out cheaper than you think

Been chatting to some of the Asian lads who drive S3's and they tell me there running 300+bhp on AUQ engines with standard rods with no problems, would of thought with them running 4 wheel drive and hi Torque there would be an even greater chance of bent rods. Or are they talking **** and its only a matter of time till it all ends with a bang.......

only a matter of time. well a young and healthy engine will be ok for a little while but as we all know anything over 300ft/ib of torque is a bit of a worry. not in all cases as it depends on how hot the turbo is running but if its a hybrid set up at 300bhp then ill be keeping my credit card clear just incase.

Well the s3's don't run AUQ's for a start. I've pulled bent rods out of a stage 1 s3@261lb-ft.
