anyone with VAG-COM in kent?

I've got the dreaded tdi stutter with my ibiza tdi. From reading this forum it seems it can be cured by turning down/off the EGR valve using VAG-COM- the only problem is I don't havea laptop and don't fancy trying to take the pc outside or bringing my car inside.


Does anyone in the tunbridge wells area have access to VAG-COM and would be willing to help me out???

Steve and I did it tonight as it goes Lee.

Seemed to work ok as far as the pre and post measurement values go, so hopefully its sorted.

thanks guys for all your help. Longman managed to sort it for me. Just hope the dealer doesn't change it back at the next service in 600 miles.
