this is the setup of my 2008 20VT cupra.

APR STAGE 2 Software
APR silicone intake hose
2.75' Stainless Steel downpipe
2.75' Stainless Steel piping
Remus oval exhaust
Forge 007 dump valve
Simota open cone filter

APR Fuel pump Upgrade will give me something?

Won't be necessary as long as you have the stock injectors. Think next step for you in obtaining more power is upgrading turbo and stuff. What numbers are you getting with your current setup?

235-240 HP, didn't go to dyno. but power is around this numbers.
i want full setup on the original K03S.
next steps:
intercooler piping
Boost controler
Exhaust manifold

and i think i will stop there. i will put all this Apart from Methanol

240hp is a bit of wishful thinking with this setup, i think you have more like 210-215hp ...
why do you need boost controller with no meth.
if the pump is to old it can starve the engine of fuel and damage it on the long run if pushed.

How is that wishfull thinking? I run 230 bhp on my FR with full milltek non-res exhaust system, pd160 intake, silicone TIP and stage 2 software. Cupra runs better intercooler also over the FR

i had stage 2 + apr and giac software tested on the cupra 2008 and max i could get out of it was close to 220 with many tweaks , anyway its possible 230 but no more ... also possible my turbo was on its way out
when i got tired of all this tweaking of endless need to get 5 hp more then jumped strait to stage 3+ for 340 hp

Could be difference in the chip then, I think they allow for a little more boost over here in holland when tuning the car. Yeah at some point it gets useless spending money for 5 hp haha, think the topic starter is approaching the max without some serious hardware upgrades.

You ran 340 hp on your ibiza?

yes apr stage 3+ with Intake Manifold Spacer Phenolic ,Fluidampr Crank Pulley , Weitech Coils, Anti roll bar, and its close to 340 Hp engine on a cold day. handling pretty well from 2nd gear ... but i think is the max Ibiza can handle for daily driving.

1st gear is terrible with that power I assume? No flooring the pedal haha

ya first is impossible to drive, second only from 4rpm. we have some ibiza's around with 450hp ceramic clutch etc i have no idea how they can hold this much hahah ...

Haha cool dude Are you using the standard seat sport FMIC? Hows that holding up on warmer days? I have the shitty SMIC on the FR, really bad on warmer days

yes im on standard for now ,waiting for the forge fmic upgrade as its a direct fit replacement, power loss is bad 30C and the car feels much slower maybe 100 hp less , after 1 push need to cool it for 5 minutes to get power back , well neutral downhill with air con on cools it faster hahaha...
you must upgrade this stuff i imagine its impossible to drive on summer days worse then mine
