I have a Leon Cupra R 210, 2003 model. I had it over the pit the other day at work and found the culprit for the banging noise. It's 1 of the ARB bushes that wrap around the bar, the plastic insert has been smashed to bits and the rubber is worn to excess now. The problem is that I was thinking of buying the polyurethane (think thats what it's called) bushes but I've been told that theres 3 different sizes for Cupra R's (21mm, 23mm and 25mm). Has anybody any idea what size I will need ? It's just the standard ARB on the car.
