Not that hard mate got them so far then used the jack to put pressure on them an pride them over with a big screwdriver!!

Fronts are alot harder!!

the neuspeed kit from awesome. does this come with everything to fit them straight away or do you need to buy brackets aswell?

i've got the neuspeed one from awesome, and mine came with everything to fit them.

the handling difference is amazing just from fitting the rear one

Well i wasn't going to spend anything on the car this month but seems like i'm going to. Ian was there any issues with fitting k03s with k03 charge pipe from intercooler?

nope. all went on easy (well sort of) as i thought it would, only problem i got at min is need to buy the silicone hose from turbo to charge pipe, as popped off around nurburgring the other week!! oops

Not the best place to have a turbo pipe blow off! Least you wasn't overtaking with traffic coming the other way!

What apart from the difference is size is better for normal road used the 22mm or 25mm ARB's?

just get the bigger ones, 28mm rear and 25mm front
